Business technology solutions provider Brother UK is celebrating being awarded ‘Best Printer Manufacturer’ for a historic 11th consecutive year by PC Pro magazine – as voted for by its readers.
Brother’s achievement solidifies its position as an industry leader, with the brand securing an outstanding 90% overall score and 98% buy-again loyalty score in the awards.
The annual PC Pro Excellence Awards is the UK’s longest-running awards for customer satisfaction in tech, with thousands of readers voting for ‘Best Printer Manufacturer’. Products and services released in the last 12 months are judged on the results of a three-month survey that asks PC Pro readers to rate them on a range of criteria, from quality and reliability to customer support and running costs.
This year, Brother UK received a high print reliability score of 91%, with ratings remaining strong for quality (90%), value of products and running costs (89%) and customer support (81%).
This success follows the recent launch of Brother UK’s compact range of professional mono lasers, designed to offer the quality and performance of a large enterprise model in a compact unit. The desktop range of devices includes the HL-L2865DW, MFC-L2960DW and MFC-L2980DW.
These join the business’ refreshed portfolio of laser printers, with a full portfolio of new devices launched at the end of 2023. The updated range is comprised of colour and mono models for small office and home office users as well as small and medium-sized businesses. Customers can choose from Brother EcoPro, a cost-effective monthly print subscription for smaller operations or Managed Print Services (MPS), which provide full-service solutions for larger businesses to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Additionally, Brother took another step forward in its commitment to sustainability with the launch of a pioneering inkjet cartridge remanufacturing line – the first from a print vendor. This expansion builds on Brother’s existing expertise in remanufacturing toner cartridges for laser printers. Both business and home users can now return their used ink cartridges to Brother at no cost. These cartridges undergo a rigorous process to be remanufactured to ‘as new’ standards, ensuring the same quality and reliability as new products.
