Phil Jones MBE – Managing Director said: “We’re bowled over to achieve this accolade for the fourth time in recognition of the continued work we put into making Brother UK Ltd a top employer in the region and within the IT channel.

I’d like to give praise and thanks to everyone leading in the business plus our organisational development team for their continued efforts in keeping our policies and practices bang up to date across all aspects of our culture, employee value proposition and wellbeing initiatives.

Our position as a leading technology solutions provider is intrinsically linked to these aspects, and the innovative approaches we take to both products and people.  We know that it’s working because our employees stay with us on average for an industry-leading 16.5 years, which means there’s a huge amount of knowledge, expertise and loyalty within our workforce bringing us huge resiliency and capability over the long-term.”

Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People, said: “We’d like to congratulate Brother UK on Platinum accreditation, this is a remarkable effort for any organisation.  Brother UK is in fine company with a host of organisations that understand the value of people.

We believe that the success of your organisation begins and ends with people. If we make work better for everyone, we make work better for every organisation. And if we do that… we make society stronger, healthier and happier.”
