These terms ("Terms") are supplemental to our Terms of Service and Terms of Sale and set out the specific terms and conditions in relation to Brother Connect.
By signing up to Brother Connect, you accept these Terms and confirm that you are eligible to join Brother Connect.
If you are not eligible or do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorised to join or benefit from Brother Connect.

Brother Connect is a free loyalty program to allow our customers to receive discounts and other exclusive benefits for Brother products and services.
By signing up to Brother Connect, you will be entitled to a discount when you purchase any participating items using your Brother Connect account.
Provided that you are using genuine Brother supplies, as a member of Brother Connect, your device will also be covered by an additional 12-month warranty addition to your standard 12 month manufacturer warranty.
In addition to the discount provided and possible extension to your device warranty, we may offer additional exclusive benefits to our Brother Connect members. At this stage, Brother Connect is only available for UK based customers. You must have a valid UK address (either residential or commercial depending on your account) and be at least 18 years of age to join Brother Connect.
Members are only entitled to one Brother Connect membership each (and where you are accessing Brother Connect as a commercial customer, you are entitled to one membership per business) with a maximum of 5 connected devices. For the avoidance of doubt each Brother device may only be connected to one Brother Connect account at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or close additional accounts at any time.
You must, at your own cost, keep your device connected to the internet.
Any discounts and benefits are provided to the account holder only and are not transferable.
Your Brother Connect discount will be automatically applied to any qualifying purchase made using the Brother Connect link on the Brother website or app. A qualifying purchase means a purchase of an item marked as being "part of Brother Connect Discount" made via your connected account.
We may change items subject to the discount at any time.
We may change the discount offered at any time, including any participating items and any other benefits at any time. We will notify you before we make any changes either using a banner on the dashboard or by email [in advance of any changes].
We may change these Terms from time to time. Where we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you in advance of any changes either using a banner on the dashboard or via email in advance of any changes.
If you do not agree to the Terms as amended, you can cancel your Brother Connect membership.
We may suspend or withdraw your access to Brother Connect if you no longer meet any of the eligibility criteria, if you disconnect your device for more than 4 months, if you breach or attempt to breach any of these Terms or we suspect or know that you are using Brother Connect in a fraudulent, improper, unfair or unlawful way.
If we withdraw your access, all discounts and benefits will also automatically expire. If we suspend or cancel your membership, you may not re-register unless we invite you to.
We may also decide to withdraw Brother Connect at any time for any reason. We will provide notify you in advance of any closing down of Brother Connect.
If you wish to withdraw from Brother Connect, you can [use the ‘cancel’ option in the Brother Connect dashboard. When you do this, you will have waived and forfeited any discounts or outstanding benefits linked to your membership. All other terms relating to any products or services which you buy from us including in relation to liability and disputes are covered under the Terms of Sale.
