- "Clean Corona Wire" message continues to appear on the PC screen, even though I have cleaned the corona wire on the drum unit.

- Error Message from CD installation in Windows XP : Cannot find file bh21xx.pdd. Please locate the file, occurs duringinstallation. The installation states a file is missing.
- I don't think I got the full yield from my high-yield toner cartridge but the message "Toner Life End" or"Replace Toner" is displayed on the machine or the LED is on or flashing.
- I just replaced the toner cartridge and the LCD continues to display the message "Toner Low" / "Replace Toner"/ "Toner Life End" or the Toner LED is still on or flashing.
- The Drum LED is still on or flashing after I replace the drum unit with a new one.

- What do the LED indications mean?
- When I run the Firmware update tool or the I-FAX install tool, the "Program failed to run" message appears on my PCscreen. What do I do?
